A visit to Knowles Pond is always a good idea. There's some interesting stuff to spot at Knowles Pond Dam right next door to Knowles Pond, and the top of Bean Hill is easily seen from Knowles Pond. At Knowles Pond all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Knowles Pond. Knowles Pond is located in the White Mountains.

great day you can take a hike along the Pasture Trail. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Looking for something near Knowles Pond? Silver Lake is nearby; since you're here you can take a hike along the Prospect Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Knowles Pond.
