A pleasant beach near Knights Pond is Brewster Beach, and Wolfeboro Inn is a magnificent place to get some rest. A great place for whitewater                  paddling in close proximity to Knights Pond is Lovell River; a day at Allen Albee Beach is time well spent. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Knights Pond. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Knights Pond. Rust Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, also Rust Pond Dam is worth stopping at if you're here. All the water falling down from the sky makes Knights Pond a wet place; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month is January. You can run the rapids of Suncook River right next door to Knights Pond, and you can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at Gunstock. This lake is so wonderful.
