This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Concord here at Knights Meadow Marsh Reservoir, and Contoocook River has a wonderful whitewater paddling
spot nearby. But wait, there's more to do near Knights Meadow Marsh Reservoir. Sandy Beach Family Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and going for a hike along the Holt Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this
neighborhood. The skiing at Pats Peak is great, and in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blackwater River.
Take a hike on the Wilmot Trail, and Ragged Mountain is a tremendous local ski
area. Knight Meadow Brook is a stream that you may encounter while here, obviously you could also explore Pleasant Pond since you're here; it's not far at all.
