     Hiking along the Wilmot Trail is perfect fun, and not far from Kimball Pond you'll find Smith Pond which is a pretty lake. Kimball Pond is right by the Old Country Road, and why not camp at Sandy Beach Family Campground if you're here at Kimball Pond. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Kimball Pond is great! Lakes? Sure, Whittier Pond is close by; a fine nearby hotel is Centennial Inn.
Summertime at Kimball Pond comes with high temperatures in the
 
   80's. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Kimball Pond tend to be in the 0's. Going for a hike along the Onemile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and The Centennial is a great site to get some rest. Kimball Pond is a rather wet place typically with a large amount of rainfall; the month with most  
               of the rain is November, and the driest month is January.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. On a good day you can stop at Smith Pond Bog, a swamp next to Kimball Pond, and what would winter be without some skiing at Pats Peak. Very pretty scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at McIntyre; golf can be played at Duston Country Club Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Concord here at Kimball Pond; Cold Brook Campground is a brilliant local campground.
There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Merrimack River; Beech Hill is clearly visible from Kimball Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Blackwater River offers some brilliant whitewater, and you don’t have to go far from Kimball Pond to see the water at Kimble Lake Dam.
