Bunker Hill is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Kent Pond; Connecticut River Reservoir is a nice lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Mountain-Lake Campground since you're here at Kent Pond; everybody close by loves skiing at Bretton Woods. Take a hike on the Loon Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Roger's Campground is a splendid spot to camp. Having a great time at Kent       Pond is trouble-free. After a long day outdoors Lancaster Motor Inn is a fine location to spend a night or two, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Berlin for sure. The annual rainfall here at Kent Pond is about average; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Kent Pond is right by the Shore Trail; paddling on Israel River is so much fun.                  A good nearby hotel is Coos Motor Inn; the Moose Trail offers hiking at its best. Float down the rapids of Ammonoosuc River in a kayak, and Waumbek Golf Club is a good golf course close by. So much entertaining stuff close to Kent Pond, definitely mind-blowing. Gotta ski! Cannon Mountain is a great place to do that. Israel River is a fine place to take a look at, and there are other locations here than Kent Pond, for example Baker Pond. Summertime highs at Kent Pond usually tend to be in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
