A journey to Pawtuckaway State Park when you're here at Jenness Pond is never a bad idea, and a lake nearby is Lower Suncook Lake. Hit the slopes at Gunstock close by; if you have a boat, Gillan Marine is an excellent marina. Shinglemill Brook is a pretty stream that is worth a visit. In the event that you feel like getting out on the water, Roberts Cove Basin is nearby. A good location to camp here at     Jenness Pond is Blake's Brook Campground, and on a wonderful day you get a good view of Richardson Hill from Jenness Pond.
