Pond, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Mad River.
Jackson Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. Jackson Pond is a perfect place to camp, Bethel woods Campground is a perfect place; skiing at Tenney Mountain
is one of those things you just should do. You'll meet a lot of folks from Laconia here, and perfect skiing awaits you at Gunstock.
So many cool things to do here at Jackson Pond, too perfect to be true. Summer at Jackson Pond
comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Jackson Pond are in the 0's. Jackson Pond gets a normal
amount of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; January is when it's the driest.
