    Indian Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. If you come at the right time of year, Rock River offers some perfect whitewater, and here at Indian Pond you can see Daniels Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Riverside Motel, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Sunrise Trail. There is a delightful hiking trail near Indian Pond called the Mount Olga Trail.
The Sunset Trail is a brilliant hiking
 
   trail in the vicinity of Indian Pond. There's so much to do here at Indian Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hinsdale Campground is a tremendous location for that. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Living Memorial Park, and you can take a little visit to Goodrich Dam while you're here at Indian Pond. If you need a spot to stay Latchis Hotel is a magnificent choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Indian  
               Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hidden Acres Camping Resort.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ashuelot River, and some exciting geology is available here, Mine Ledge is right here. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Indian Pond get into the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Indian Pond fall into the 0's. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Indian Pond. Lily Pond Brook is a splendid location to have a look at, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Keene here.
The high level of rainfall makes Indian Pond a rather wet place; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is February.
