Lakes are such peaceful places, why not pop by Turtle Pond next to Hothole Pond, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Holt Road Marsh is right nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Concord, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; McIntyre is rather near. This lake is so wonderful. Hoit Road Marsh is a fine lake       close to Hothole Pond, and do take a hike on the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail. For the duration of the summertime months here at Hothole Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows at Hothole Pond through the wintertime generally descend into the 0's. Hothole Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Cascade Park Campground                  is a fine local campground, and right next door to Hothole Pond you discover a golf course called Loudon Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Onemile Trail; after a long day outdoors Loudon Red Roof Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great earth it would be. A day on the slopes of Gunstock is just what you need, and Hothole Pond is right by the Catamount Trail. During your spree to Hothole Pond you'll meet some people from Concord for sure, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Winnipesaukee River. An average amount of precipitation falls at Hothole Pond; May is the month that gets the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do right next door to Hothole Pond.
