A beautiful lake like Laurel Lake in close proximity to Horseshoe Pond is a great place to take a look at, and going for a hike on the Marlboro Trail is always a pleasant adventure. You get a great panorama of Hayden Hill from Horseshoe Pond; you can go for a hike on the Farmers Trail. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Horseshoe Pond; the month with most of the rain is May while February is ordinarily the       driest month. Any time is a magnificent time at Horseshoe Pond if you go for the outdoors. This place is excellent, just look at all the entertaining things to do near Horseshoe Pond. A delightful nearby hotel is Coach & Four Motor Inn, and there are delightful places to explore along the White Arrow Trail. After a long day outdoors King Phillip Motel is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and some close by water includes Kemp Brook. Stay the                  night at State Line Campground, and magnificent skiing awaits you at Crotched Mountain. Get covered with water paddling on Millers River, and why not stop by Horseshoe Pond Dam while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Horseshoe Pond is a great place to camp, Laurel Lake Campgrounds is a great place, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Pine Ridge. Throughout the months of summer here at Horseshoe Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's, and night lows at Horseshoe Pond throughout the wintertime frequently descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
