Go to Horseshoe Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. A day on the slopes of Pine Ridge is just what you need; get yourself into a kayak and hit Ashuelot River - South Branch. At Horseshoe Pond Dam close to Horseshoe Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and the sight of Hayden Hill is delightful. Having a magnificent time at Horseshoe Pond is painless. Horseshoe Pond is right by the Farmers Trail, and there's some flowing water close by, Kemp Brook is a stream you can pop by while here. Why not take a refreshing hike along the White Arrow Trail; the skiing at Crotched Mountain is magnificent. So many entertaining things in close proximity to Horseshoe Pond, definitely fantastic. You'll discover a scenic lake called Sportsman Pond near Horseshoe Pond.
