If the weather is brilliant here at Hinman Pond, you can go for a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail, and Twin Oaks Campground is a tremendous campground here. Clay Pond is a splendid lake close to Hinman Pond; if you need a place to stay Hooksett Kozy 7 Motel is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Calef Lake Camping Area, and       Campbell Hill is beautiful and can be distinguished from here. And if that's not sufficient, there's plenty more to do in close proximity to Hinman Pond. While you're here at Hinman Pond you can take a hike along the Onemile Trail, and there are plenty of people from Manchester-Nashua here at Hinman Pond. Going for a hike along the Catamount Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, also Dubes Pond Dam is worth going to if you're here. There                  are some nice whitewater spots on Merrimack River, and golf can be played at Intervale Country Club. There's whitewater on Little Suncook for all you adrenaline kick people, and Eagle's Nest Motor Lodge is a glorious spot to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hinman Pond a wet place; most of the rain falls during November, and January on the other hand is the driest. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby McIntyre. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Hinman Pond. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's.
