A great place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Harris Pond is Merrimack River, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Cedar Pond. Summer at Harris Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's; night lows in the 0's for Harris Pond.

Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is one of the destinations near Harris Pond that are nice to go to, and a day on the slopes of McIntyre is just what you need. Going for a hike on the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail is always
a pleasant adventure, and a brilliant place to camp here at Harris Pond is Sanborn Shore Acres. Poplar Hill is clearly visible from Harris Pond; if you need a spot to stay Fairfield Inn By Marriott Salem is a perfect choice. This
lake is so wonderful. During your spree to Harris Pond you'll meet some folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy for sure, and the snow is pleasant at Bradford. From a rain point of view Harris Pond is a reasonably common spot; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
