This lake is so wonderful. People from Keene love to come to Graves Pond, and paddling on Cold River is so much fun. Any time is a fine time at Graves Pond if you fancy the outdoors. Camping at Camp Spofford is always a magnificent experience, and why not head up to Ascutney and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. A journey to Fay Falls will fill your spirit with splendid feelings, and Living Memorial       Park is a very popular ski area nearby. After a long day outdoors Keene Super 8 Motel is a tremendous location to spend a night or two; fine hiking is available along the Sunrise Trail. A golf course close to Graves Pond is Hooper Golf Club, and Everyday Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Do explore Mill Pond close to Graves Pond, it's a beautiful lake, and a wonderful vista of beautiful Hooper Hill is available.
