Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Lebanon/Hanover; on a beautiful day you can check out Dewey Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Very fine water scenery is available at Goose Pond Dam next to Goose Pond, and if you get bored of Goose Pond you could also explore close by Otter Pond. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area near Goose Pond has to offer. Taking a little visit to close by Colby Point is a great idea, and hiking is a popular

Rand Pond Campground is a magnificent campground nearby, and Goose Pond is not the only site close by, Star Lake is a close by lake. Burpee Hill is trouble-free to spot from Goose Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Loon Lake Campground is a good site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Pond is right by the West Ridge Trail. You can run the rapids of Croyden Brook right next door to Goose Pond, and the Wilmot Trail offers hiking at its best. The amount of rain that falls at Goose Pond is close to the national
average; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Sugar River is a wonderful whitewater spot in close proximity to Goose Pond, and hey, Gotta ski right? Whaleback is a perfect site to
do that. Goose Pond beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. After a long day outdoors Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a great location to spend a night or two, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Mount
Sunapee. All through the long summer days here at Goose Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Goose Pond sink into the 0's.

Ragged Mountain
 | 14 miles away I went to this mountain with my school and it was a really fun expiernce and I am planning to go back with my school some time soon.......f building resorts around the Western U.S. and Canada. Along with the substantial funds to help with improvements, the new owners hired ski industry veteran Bob Fries as president and general manager to implement the necessary changes. Fries has an impressive resume with 35 years in the ski resort business including five years as owner and president of Bolton Valley, president of Stratton Mountain in Vermont, and president of Breckenridge in Colorado. With Fries as the new president, Ragged Mountain applied to Audubon International to become a Certified Silver Signature Sanctuary. Audubon International only accepts applications for this level of certification when it can be involved before the construction of infrastructure has begun in order to provide critical input in the design phase, and guidance as the design takes the form of construction.
