Summertime at Lake Gloriette comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's.    for Lake Gloriette.
Lake Gloriette is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Log Haven Campground is a tremendous site to camp nearby, and you're sure to bump into some fine people from Berlin here. From a rain point of view Lake Gloriette is a reasonably normal place; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Lake Abeniki is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and Abeniki Mountain is clearly

               visible from Lake Gloriette.
But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mohawk River, and Lake Gloriette Dam is charming. Having a glorious time in the White Mountains is easy. Do stop at Lake Gloriette in close proximity to Lake Gloriette, it's a beautiful lake; no need to travel far to explore out of the ordinary stuff like The Flume. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Androscoggin River offers some splendid whitewater, and swing by Flume Brook it's a splendid place to pop by.
This lake is so wonderful.

Cedar Pond
13 miles away
I spent most of my summers growing up at cedar pond.We had our camp there and I remember the penny candy at the red and white striped store and the dog inky. There was also a dog named cedar that would visit all the camps in search of food. The lake would be freezing even in August and when we had to start a fire in the furnace the only wood we had to burn was obviously cedar and the smell was wonderful. And though the ''camp'' my Pepere had is no longer there, the wonderful memories are....
