Really perfect skiing awaits you at Cannon Mountain; a wonderful close by hotel is Northern Star Inn. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Burke Mountain, and Gilman Project Reservoir is not far at all from Berlin. The panorama of stunning Beede Mountain near Gilman Project Reservoir is fine, and Apple Hill Campground is a great campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Gilman Project Reservoir gets a typical amount of annual rain; through August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. close by, and the Garfield Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. Summertime highs at Gilman Project Reservoir commonly tend to be in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in
the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Gilman Project Reservoir. 100 Acre Woods Campground is a magnificent local campground; why not take a little journey to Cushman Brook since you're here.
