The high level of precipitation makes Garland Pond a rather wet location; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls is a fine place to get some rest, and wonderful hiking is available along the Wentworth Trail. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home       again. The slopes of Waterville Valley are so inviting nobody can resist. All the outdoors fun things in the White Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. A quick journey to Halfway Brook near Garland Pond is a splendid idea, and a spree to close by Gilbert Point is very relaxing. If you need a site to stay Rodeway Inn Moultonborough is a splendid choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Garland Pond has to offer, you can camp at                  Pine Woods Campground. High temperatures at Garland Pond during the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Garland Pond temperatures descend to the 0's. Yeah, come up here to the White Mountains for a pleasant time. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Bearcamp River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Guinea Pond Trail. You're probably hooked on lakes, Lees Pond is one of those close by. There's so much to do here at Garland Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Arcadia Campground is a fine place for that. A journey to Moultonborough Town Beach close to Garland Pond is always a good idea; hiking is a popular thing to do around Garland Pond; Mead Trail is a tremendous local trail. If you adore the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Garland Pond. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Gunstock, and unsurprisingly, this is a pleasant area for people who like lakes, Berry Pond is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Cold Brook; Garland Pond is not far at all from Laconia. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. No need to travel far to go to interesting stuff like Watson Ledge, and on a beautiful day you can have a look at Center Harbor Town Beach.
