    Garland Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the White Mountains. A tour to Gilbert Point in close proximity to Garland Pond is always a tremendous idea, and while here here do visit nearby Center Harbor Town Beach. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Moultonborough is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and if  
   you've had enough of Garland Pond, Wakondah Pond is nearby.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Garland Pond. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Garland Pond. While you're here at Garland Pond you will meet lots of people from close by Laconia, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Bearcamp
 
               River. All the water falling down from the sky makes Garland Pond a wet spot; throughout November this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is splendid here at Garland Pond, you can go for a hike along the Guinea Pond Trail, and the skiing at Gunstock is good. This lake is so wonderful. Garland Pond is not the only spot nearby, Little Pond is a nearby lake; dry warm beds await you at The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls. So many fun things to do here at Garland Pond, too great to be true. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Cold Brook, and Halfway Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting.
All year is a pleasant time in the White Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. Don't leave Garland Pond without first checking out Watson Ledge; time spent at Moultonborough Town Beach is always tremendous. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Garland Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Arcadia Campground is a good place to camp, and going for a hike along the Mead Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. So many enjoyable things in the White Mountains, just remarkable. Waterville Valley is a great local ski area.
Camping is available at Pine Woods Campground; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Wentworth Trail.
