There's so much to do here at Garfield Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lafayette Campground is a wonderful place for that; Eagles Lakes is a nearby lake that you could check out. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ammonoosuc
River; the peak of Flat Top Mountain can be observed from Garfield Pond. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the White Mountains. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Garfield Pond
has to offer, you can camp at Gale River Campground; hiking is a popular thing to do around Garfield Pond; Gale River Trail is a perfect local trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Village Of Loon Mountain
(Vri) is a tremendous choice, and why not head up to Cannon Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the White Mountains. There's glorious hiking along the Garfield
Trail; Hawthorne Falls is an inspiring place to visit while you're here. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. And that's not all you can do here at Garfield Pond. Golf can be played at Maplewood Country Club & Hotel.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Franconia Notch Motel; don't leave Garfield Pond without first going for a hike along the Garfield Ridge Trail.
