All through the months of summer here at Fort Eddy, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. into a kayak and hit Merrimack River. If you come at the right time of year, Piscataquog River offers some delightful whitewater, and Fort Eddy is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Oaks Campground is a perfect local campground.
