You could also pop by Ammonoosuc River Reservoir while you're here at Forest Lake; it's nearby, and you can run the rapids of Ammonoosuc River. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Cannon Mountain if you're here, and going for a hike along the Nubble Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. You're sure to come across some nice people       from Berlin here, and after a long day outdoors Northern Star Inn is a good spot to spend a night or two. If you came to camp Snowy Mountain Campground is a pleasant site to do that, and hiking along the Garfield Trail is good fun. All through the summertime at Forest Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; night lows in the-10's for Forest Lake.
