This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Pickerel Pond close to Footes Pond, and there are glorious places to explore along the Butterworth Trail. What would winter be without some skiing at Tenney Mountain, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Endicott Park Beach. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Beebe River, and if you came for       an overnight stay Nh Veterans Assoc Campgrounds is a pleasant place to camp. These mountains rock, just explore all the fun things to do in the White Mountains. The slopes of Gunstock are so inviting nobody can resist, and enjoy a round of golf at Waukewan Golf Club. A great beach in close proximity to Footes Pond is Center Harbor Town Beach, and you can go for a hike on the Pasture Trail. Footes Pond is a rather wet place generally with a great deal of rain;                  November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors just come on up to the White Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at The Summit Resort; Maiden Lady Cove is in close proximity and always great to take a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Paugus Bay Campground, and Footes Pond Dam is a charming site. Through the long summer days here at Footes Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Footes Pond. You definitely must go for the White Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Winnipesaukee River offers some great whitewater; going for a hike on the Rattlesnake Trail is always a great adventure. Footes Pond is located in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls is a wonderful site to spend a night or two. Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are truly plentiful here at Footes Pond. Hamel State Forest is a great local forest, and you'll stumble on a gorgeous lake called Meredith Reservoir. So much amusing stuff near Footes Pond, clearly striking.
