After a long day outdoors Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and there's good hiking along the Dartmouth Outing Club Trail. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Mascoma River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Fletcher Reservoir; Clark Pond Loop is a great local trail.
