     Lyndon Outing Club is a very popular ski area nearby, and the Jericho Road Trail offers hiking at its best. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Gale River, and there's brilliant hiking along the Cobble Hill Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Ammonoosuc River for all you adrenaline people. There's so much to do here at Flag Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Crazy Horse Campground is a fine site for that. Flag Pond  
   is right by the Chippewa Trail, and Partridge Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Flag Pond, you could also stop by gorgeous Round Pond, and an out of the ordinary thing to go to close to Flag Pond is Dodge Pond Dam. Lisbon Village Country Club is a golf course close to Flag Pond; if you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Littleton is a tremendous choice. During the days of summer highs here at
 
               Flag Pond reach the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Flag Pond are in the 0's.
What a place this is for outdoors people. Flag Pond gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is the month with the least moisture. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in close proximity to Flag Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Ammonoosuc Inn, and while you're here, you could explore Patten Brook.
If you came to camp Littton/Lisbon KOA is a good place to do that, and why not head up to Burke Mountain and strap some skis to your feet.

We have been campers on Ticklenaked Pond for 30 plus years and love it's pristine water and oh yes....the loons. We have now been seasonal campers for 8 years and plan on many more. This is a wonderful family campground with much to enjoy such as a fishing derby for the kids, pot luck dinners, karaoke, live bands at least a couple of times during the season, paddle boats to rent, swimming, boating, hot showers and many, many, wonderful folks.
The proprietors, Harry and Sandy Cushing are great hosts. Come join us for a night, a weekend or for the season.
