If you came to camp Exeter Elms Family Campground is a great place to do that; if you need a location to stay The Exeter Inn is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Powwow Pond close to Exeter River Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake, and an afternoon playing golf at Apple Hill Golf Club is always a joy. Bloody Brook is in the neighborhood of Exeter River Reservoir and is always a pleasure to visit, and lots of people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy come here. For the duration of the summertime here at Exeter River Reservoir, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. of Great Works River. A delightful nearby hotel is Fairfield Inn & Suites Portsmouth Exeter, and there's always Pickpocket Dam to go to near Exeter River Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Exeter River Reservoir that you
need to camp here for a while, Pine Brook Camping Area is a good place for that, and you'll come across a picturesque lake called Colcord Pond. There's whitewater on Atlantic Ocean for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Giles Hill is uncomplicated to spot from Exeter River Reservoir.
