This lake is so wonderful. If you want to have a look at some interesting stuff, have a look at Fort Rock, and if you come at the right time of year, Atlantic Ocean offers some good whitewater. At Exeter Reservoir through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter       brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Exeter Reservoir temperatures descend to the 10's. So many enjoyable things to do here at Exeter Reservoir, too magnificent to be true. There are other spots here than Exeter Reservoir, for example Exeter River Reservoir, and great water scenery is available at Exeter Water Works Dam next to Exeter Reservoir. Powderhouse Point is reasonably in the vicinity of Exeter Reservoir, and                  a good close by hotel is The Exeter Inn. If you adore the outdoors, you'll adore Exeter Reservoir. Here at Exeter Reservoir you'll probably meet some folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy; a forest nearby is The Oaklands. The high level of rain makes Exeter Reservoir a reasonably wet location; the month with most of the rain is November; January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Great Works River, and not far from Exeter Reservoir you'll find Town of Exeter Sewerage Lagoons Reservoir which is a pretty lake. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Apple Hill Golf Club, and if you came for an overnight stay The Green Gate Campground is a nice spot to camp. One of the main marks of the surroundings of Exeter Reservoir is Stratham Heights; Exeter Elms Family Campground is a magnificent campground nearby.
