What a nice lake Eel Pond is. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day you can explore Jenress Beach right next door to Eel Pond; a swamp like Awcomin Swamp close to Eel Pond has lots of exciting things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Godfreys Ledge is a fine location to explore, and Fox Hill Point is not far at all. Get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Great Works River, and Bass Beach is a beautiful beach to stop at.

| | a spot to stay Bailey's Beach Resort is a pleasant choice, and you can stay the night at Tidewater Campground. The high level of precipitation makes Eel Pond a quite wet site; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while January is regularly the driest month. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Atlantic Ocean, and Comfort Inn Yokens is a good spot to get some rest.

time of the year here at Eel Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 80's; the nighttime is a little colder of course, generally in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's, and after the sun is
down through the winter temperatures at Eel Pond sink into the 10's.
Eel Pond truly is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Bradford, and Bailey Brook is near Eel Pond and is always
a bliss to go to. Eel Pond is a good spot to camp, Shel-al Mobile Estate is a good spot; an interesting thing to take a look at near Eel Pond is Rye Harbor.
