Duncan Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Be careful coming to Duncan Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Duncan Lake ordinarily gets a lot of rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while January is usually the driest month. For the period of the months of summer at Duncan Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings

| | highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Duncan Lake. Take a hike on the Weetamoo Trail, and Merrill Farm Resort is a pleasant place to get some rest. Lakes are such serene places, why not pop by Black Pond close to Duncan Lake, and camping is available at Beaver Hollow Campground. a delightful hiking adventure along the White Ledge Trail, and if you want to hit the beach, Clows Beach is in close proximity. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Duncan Lake. Camping at Crown Point Campground is always
a great experience; hey, Peavey Brook is a perfect local stream. Really good skiing awaits you at Abenaki; a round of golf at nearby Indian Mound Golf Club is a great way to kill some time. Ossipee River is a great whitewater
spot close to Duncan Lake, and going for a hike along the Piper Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at King Pine, and a great view of lovely Milliken Hill is available.
