Lakes are great; Perkins Pond is a lake that's near Duck Pond, and paddling on Contoocook River is so much fun. A large amount of precipitation falls at Duck Pond; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. A great place to camp here at Duck Pond is Peacock Hill Campground, and a great close by hotel is The Henniker Motel. Yep, outdoors amusing       stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Duck Pond. The Centennial is a glorious spot to get some rest, and the snow is brilliant at Crotched Mountain. All through the summertime months at Duck Pond highs are ordinarily in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the 20's; night lows in the 10's for Duck Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Wapack Trail, and for you                  golfers we recommend close by Oak Brook Golf Course. You just have to have a thing about Duck Pond. At Perkins Pond Dam in close proximity to Duck Pond there are some attention-grabbing things to see; Mount Dearborn is pretty and can be seen from here.
