There's some flowing water close by, Hillside Brook is a stream you can check out while here, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Manchester-Nashua. For the duration of the long summer days here at Daniels Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the       20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Daniels Lake. You can run the rapids of Piscataquog River near Daniels Lake; going for a hike along the Wapack Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Daniels Lake is not the only spot nearby, Gregg Mill Pond is a nearby lake, and Browns Hill is a peak you can catch a sight of from Daniels Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Pats Peak is next to Daniels Lake,                  and Daniels Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Autumn Hills Campground is a good local campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things near Daniels Lake. McIntyre is a magnificent local ski area, and camping at Cold Springs Camp Resort is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Hill - Brook Motel is a nice choice, and Daniels Lake Dam is a picturesque location, absolutely worth going to. What a site this is for outdoors people. For you golfers we recommend close by Stonebridge Country Club, and do take a hike on the Old Country Road. Daniels Lake gets a large amount of water; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January.
