Be careful coming to Danforth Ponds, you might not ever wanna return back home again. A perfect place for whitewater paddling near Danforth Ponds is Ossipee River, and Bald Ledge is an out of the ordinary thing to observe since you're here. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. Going for a hike on the Piper Trail is always a splendid adventure, and nearby you locate Broad Bay. This lake is so       wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail near Danforth Ponds called the Weetamoo Trail, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Cranmore Mountain. A great deal of rainfall falls at Danforth Ponds; all through November this area sees the most rain, and September is the month with the least moisture. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Danforth Ponds. Danforth Bay Camping Resort is a magnificent campground nearby, and King Pine is a splendid local                  ski area. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the White Mountains. A good nearby hotel is Merrill Farm Resort, and you can stay the night at Camp Robin Hood. This lake is so wonderful. North Conway Grand Hotel is a nice place to get some rest. Lakes are wonderful; Shaw Pond is a lake that's close to Danforth Ponds. Having a splendid time in the White Mountains is simple. Not far from Danforth Ponds, you'll discover Duck Pond which is a striking lake; get your heart beating on the delightful whitewater of Lovell River. Indian Mound Golf Club is a golf course near Danforth Ponds, and why not a little side spree to Blaisdell Brook. The White Ledge Trail is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Danforth Ponds, and Blazo Mountain is clearly visible from Danforth Ponds. For the duration of the summertime months at Danforth Ponds highs are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Danforth Ponds temperatures dip to the 0's.
