This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant nearby hotel is Merrill Farm Resort, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Danforth Ponds; White Ledge Trail is a good local trail. Throughout the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Danforth Ponds with night lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Danforth Ponds dip into the 0's. At Danforth Ponds you can spot Blazo Mountain;

| | Danforth Ponds is right by the Piper Trail. Broad Bay is quite near Danforth Ponds; if you're here, you could also stop by gorgeous Shaw Pond. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ossipee River; if you want to stop by some interesting stuff, stop by Bald Ledge. Grand Hotel is a wonderful place to get some rest, and golf can be played at Indian Mound Golf Club. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more
than a day to look at everything Danforth Ponds has to offer, you can camp at Danforth Bay Camping Resort, and obviously Blaisdell Brook flows through this region. A great deal of rainfall falls at Danforth Ponds; the month of
November is the wettest with most of the rain, and September meanwhile is the driest month. You definitely must have a thing about Danforth Ponds. If you come at the right time of year, Lovell River offers some great whitewater. There's
so much to do here at Danforth Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Robin Hood is a magnificent location for that. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. A day on the slopes of
Cranmore Mountain is just what you need; Duck Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Weetamoo Trail, and the snow is perfect at King Pine.
