A visit to Danforth Ponds is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to King Pine and strap some skis to your feet, and Blazo Mountain is picturesque and can be distinguished from here. This lake is so wonderful. Danforth Ponds is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Shawtown Campground is a magnificent local campground; glide down the rapids of Ossipee River in a kayak. | | are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Danforth Ponds during the winter typically sink into the 0's. Danforth Ponds is a wet location that gets a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout November, and September on the other hand is the driest. Blaisdell Brook is a brilliant local stream. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Go for a hike on the White Ledge Trail; unsurprisingly, this is a wonderful neighborhood for folks
who like lakes, Duck Pond is a lake close by. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things near Danforth Ponds. There's so much to do here at Danforth Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Danforth Bay Camping Resort is a
good place for that, and if you need a spot to stay Purity Springs Resort is a fine choice. You are close to Broad Bay while you're here at Danforth Ponds; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Indian Mound
Golf Club. Don't leave Danforth Ponds without first going for a hike along the Weetamoo Trail, and P K Motel is a delightful site to get some rest. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Good hiking is available along the Piper Trail.
