This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Damon Reservoirs, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Contoocook River. This is a popular location for people from Keene; Colonial Hotel is a pleasant spot to get some rest. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even       more entertaining stuff to do here at Damon Mill Pond. Tallow Hill is wonderful and can be observed from Damon Mill Pond, and enjoy a round of golf at Winchendon Country Club. Visit Robbins Brook if you're here at Damon Mill Pond, and if you come at the right time of year, Millers River offers some magnificent whitewater. Damon Mill Pond gets a common amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain is May, and February is the month with the least moisture.                  This lake is so wonderful.
