New England Center is a good site to get some rest; Cedar Waters is a nearby lake that you could pop by. While you're here at Cyrus Pond you can take a hike along the Campground Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Cyrus Pond. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ROCHESTER is a perfect site to spend a night or two, and swing by Bean River it's a good place to have a look at. Cyrus Pond is brilliant

| | enough to spend more than a day at, Three Ponds Campground is a brilliant local campground, and a tremendous sight of pretty Fort Hill is available. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Cyrus Pond, you could also stop by wonderful Langley Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Suncook. There is a great hiking trail close to Cyrus Pond called the Catamount Trail; a good place to camp here at Cyrus Pond is Fox Run Campground. All the | |

water falling down from the sky makes Cyrus Pond a wet spot; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. Get covered with water paddling on Suncook River, and there's always Mendums Pond
Dam to stop at in the neighborhood of Cyrus Pond. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Cyrus Pond highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, typically in the 50's. High temperatures during
the winter are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows at Cyrus Pond during the wintertime typically fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Take some time to go to Nottingham State Forest while you're here; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail.
