Cunningham Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Crotched Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity, and while you're here you can play some golf at Monadnock Country Club. If you came for an overnight stay Emerald Acres is a nice location to camp, and the Parker Trail is a wonderful hiking trail close by. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Summertime at Cunningham Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's.

| | When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Cunningham Pond temperatures plunge to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Woodmore Campground, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Stony Brook. by. If the weather is perfect here at Cunningham Pond, you can go for a hike along the Wapack Trail; a lake close by is Topside Pond. Colonial Hotel is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and close by you hit upon the Harling
Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. You clearly should fancy Cunningham Pond. You can run the rapids of Contoocook River close to Cunningham Pond, and at Cunningham Pond you can catch a glimpse of Oak Hill. Cunningham Pond
gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Pats Peak and strap some skis to your feet, and after a long day outdoors Gardner Super 8 Motel is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two.
