It's always fun to stop by Craney Pond. Craney Pond gets lots of water; through November this area sees the most rain; January is when it's the driest. Dry warm beds await you at The Henniker Motel, and hiking along the Wapack Trail is brilliant fun. Henniker Motel is a great place to get some rest, and some nearby water includes Amey Brook. This lake is so wonderful. There's a wonderful forest in the vicinity of Craney Pond called Vincent State Forest, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Contoocook River. is so wonderful. Here at Craney Pond you'll most likely meet some folks from Concord; if you get bored of Craney Pond you could also stop at close by Mud Pond. If the weather is pretty, you obtain a magnificent view of Collins Ledge
from Craney Pond, and Pats Peak has fine slopes and a friendly staff. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Craney Pond has to offer, you can camp at Mile/Away Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Old
Country Road. Craney Pond is right by the Wilmot Trail; Crotched Mountain is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. So many entertaining things near Craney Pond, truly fantastic. Golf can be played at Oak Brook Golf Course.
There's so much to do here at Craney Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Keyser Pond Campground is a great location for that.
