Here at Corey Pond there are plenty of folks from Keene; if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ashuelot River - South Branch. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful close by hotel is Coach & Four Motor Inn, and Brennan Hill is simple to spot from Corey Pond. Why not camp at Woodbrook Camp and Tennis Club while you're here at Corey Pond; Corey Pond is not the only site nearby, New       Cumings Pond is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the White Arrow Trail. Through the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Corey Pond, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Corey Pond. After a long day outdoors Coach House Motel & Cottages is a great spot to spend a night or two,                  and hey, Forbush Brook is a wonderful local stream. This place is great, just look at all the cool stuff to do near Corey Pond. There's tremendous hiking along the Marlboro Trail, and Minnewawa River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by. Corey Pond gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Corey Pond; Farmers Trail is a perfect local trail, and camping at Corey Pond is splendid fun, State Line Campground is a splendid local campground.   E.F.
