Keyser Pond Campground is a great campground here, and delightful skiing awaits you at Ragged Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Contoocook River Reservoir, you'll hit upon Ox Pond which is a beautiful lake; there are some great whitewater spots on Contoocook River. This lake is so wonderful. Near Contoocook River Reservoir you come across the       Wilmot Trail which is a glorious hiking trail, and you can catch a sight of Emerson Hill from Contoocook River Reservoir. You'll meet a lot of people from Concord here, and playing golf is lots of fun at Duston Country Club Golf Course. During the warm months here at Contoocook River Reservoir, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in                  the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Contoocook River Reservoir.
