What a nice lake Coffin Pond is. Coffin Pond gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; most of the rain falls through August; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Near Coffin Pond you discover a golf course called Sunset Hill Golf Course, and the Kinsman Pond Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. This spot, the White Mountains, has so much outdoors fun things. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Coffin Pond

| | has to offer, you can camp at 100 Acre Woods Campground, and Scrag Hill is clearly visible from Coffin Pond.
Hit the slopes at Loon Mountain nearby, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Stony Brook Motel and Lodge. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Cannon Mountain, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Mount Kinsman Trail. the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are typically in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Coffin Pond temperatures drop to the-10's.
Coffin Pond truly is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise.
Stay the night at Fransted Camp Grounds. So much amusing stuff to do in the White Mountains, not sufficient time. There are other spots here than Coffin Pond, for example Oak Hill Reservoir, and glide down the rapids of Ammonoosuc
River in a kayak. Coffin Pond is located in the White Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Coffin Pond Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and don't forget to take a glorious little visit to Bowen Brook. What a place this
is for outdoors folks. Get soaked paddling on Gale River; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Fishin Jimmy Trail. Not far from Coffin Pond, you'll find Miller Pond which is a delightful lake, and if you need a place to stay Best Western White Mountain Resort is a great choice.
