    Beautiful Clay Pond has much to offer visitors. At Clay Pond during the summertime highs are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Clay Pond dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Clay Pond. Moose Meadow Brook is in the vicinity of Clay Pond and is always a diversion  
   to check out, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Merrimack River.
A lake nearby is Dubes Pond, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Onemile Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Clay Pond there are plenty of folks from Manchester-Nashua; Clay Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Oaks Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Clay Pond to observe
 
               the water at Dubes Pond Dam; a round of golf at nearby Candia Woods Golf Links is a delightful way to kill some time.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Clay Pond. Clay Pond is not the only place close by, Little Massabesic Lake is a close by lake; hiking along the Catamount Trail is wonderful fun. If you need a site to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Hooksett is a great choice; a great site to camp here at Clay Pond is Calef Lake Camping Area. A tremendous location for whitewater paddling close to Clay Pond is Little Suncook, and a great close by hotel is Fairfield Inn By Marriott Manchester.
Clay Pond is a wet place that gets much rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is January. McIntyre is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and do take a hike on the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail.
