Chocorua River Dam is beautiful and it's in close proximity to Chocorua River Reservoir. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The White Mountains is peerless! Take a little spree to Deer Brook if you're here at Chocorua River Reservoir, and the slopes of Cranmore Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more exciting things to do here in the White Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lovell River, and close by you stumble                  on the Hammond Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. There is a perfect hiking trail right next door to Chocorua River Reservoir called the Weetamoo Trail, and everyone close by loves skiing at King Pine. This lake is so wonderful. Chocorua River Reservoir is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Chocorua Camping Village KOA is a fine location to camp nearby, and from Chocorua River Reservoir you acquire a great panorama of Deer Hill. Chocorua River Reservoir is located in the White Mountains. A lot of precipitation falls at Chocorua River Reservoir; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and September on the other hand is the driest. Through the summer months at Chocorua River Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and the nighttime is rather colder of course, commonly in the 50's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Chocorua River Reservoir. What a place this is for outdoors people.
