If you are in Carroll county it's always a good idea to stop by Chocorua Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. And if that's not sufficient there's loads more fun things to do in the White Mountains. If you're here at Chocorua Lake, checking out Bragdon Ledge is a must, and after a long day outdoors Attitash Mountain Village Resort is a great location to spend a night or two. | | Chocorua Lake. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Wonalancet; Chocorua River Dam is a striking place.
This lake is so wonderful. Pine Knoll Camp Ground and RV Resort is a delightful local campground, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Weetamoo Trail. Some nearby water includes Stony Brook, and the skiing at Cranmore Mountain is splendid. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Get drenched paddling on Bearcamp River; dry warm beds await | |

During the summertime at Chocorua Lake highs are regularly in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and during the
dark hours in the wintertime at Chocorua Lake temperatures sink to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Chocorua Camping Village KOA while you're here at Chocorua Lake, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along
the Hammond Trail. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Attitash Bear Peak is in the neighborhood of Chocorua Lake.
Chocorua Lake typically gets a good deal of precipitation; of all the months in a year November is the one with
the most rain while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The Piper Trail is a perfect hiking trail near Chocorua Lake, and the view of charming Page Hill is good.
