What a nice lake Chapman Pond is. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are really bountiful here at Chapman Pond. Chapman Pond is not far at all from Keene. E.F. Lane Hotel is a tremendous place to get some rest; you can stay the night at Hilltop Camp. So many fun things right next door to Chapman Pond, truly astonishing. While you're here at Chapman Pond, you could also go to pretty Spoons Pond, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Sovereign Hotel is a good

| | place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There are delightful spots to look at along the White Arrow Trail; there are some fine whitewater spots on Otter Brook. For the duration of the long summer days here at Chapman Pond, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. water close by, Great Brook is a stream you can check out while here, and Mount Sunapee is a very popular ski area in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. At Chapman Pond you can see Boynton Hill, and going for a hike on
the Farmers Trail is always a great adventure. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Bretwood Golf Course. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Chapman Pond has to offer, you can camp at Surry
Mountain Camp Ground. Head up to Crotched Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and you'll discover a striking lake called Bolster Pond. Chapman Pond is a good site of common rain; August is when you get the most rain here,
and the driest month is February. There is a good hiking trail in close proximity to Chapman Pond called the Marlboro Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Ashuelot River.
