What a nice lake Chandler Pond is. Be careful coming to Chandler Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. Golf can be played at Lisbon Village Country Club, and there are good locations to discover along the Cobble Hill Trail. Chandler Pond is a great site to visit for more than one day, Littton/Lisbon KOA is a great site to camp nearby, and after a long day outdoors Ammonoosuc Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. At Chandler Pond through the summer months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Chandler Pond are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Cannon Mountain while you're here, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Wild Ammonoosuc | |

River. From a rain point of view Chandler Pond is a relatively normal spot; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February.
Do explore Chandler Pond Dam since you're here at Chandler Pond;
in the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wild Ammonoosuc River. Man, is there plenty of enjoyable things to do in the White Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Black Mountain
Trail, and you can stay the night at Littleton-lisbon Koa Kampground.
So many exciting things to do here in the White Mountains, too good to be true. Here at Chandler Pond you can make out Cobble Hill, and you can go for a hike
on the Jericho Road Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Sunset Hill House is a brilliant choice, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Loon Mountain.
