Cedar Waters is a wet place that gets a good deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is November; January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not stop by Langley Pond right next door to Cedar Waters, and the peak of Fort Hill can be observed from Cedar Waters. For the       period of the warm months at Cedar Waters temperatures are generally in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Cedar Waters descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Campground Trail offers hiking at its best; a great site to camp here at Cedar Waters is Three Ponds Campground. If only every site had this much outdoors amusing stuff,                  what a great world it would be. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Durham - UNH is a good choice, and Cyrus Pond is a perfect lake nearby. Why not camp at Fox Run Campground since you're here at Cedar Waters; dry warm beds await you at New England Center. Smith State Forest is a brilliant local forest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Suncook River.
