The beauty of Catamount Pond attracts many people from all around. There's whitewater on Little Suncook for all you thrill seekers; there are tremendous locations to look at along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail. Going for a hike on the Catamount Trail is always a nice adventure, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Dubes Pond. You completely should like Catamount Pond. for an overnight stay Twin Oaks Campground is a splendid place to camp. Head up to McIntyre and strap some skis to your feet, and as expected, this is a delightful area for people who like lakes, Marsh Pond is a lake in close proximity.
You can run the rapids of Suncook River near Catamount Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inn Loudon. Catamount Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is November while January is the
month with the least amount of precipitation. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Catamount Pond highs are usually in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are mostly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Catamount Pond.
