High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Cascade Marsh overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. A day on the slopes of Mount Sunapee is just what you need, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Country Club of NH is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Baker                  Brook; get yourself into a kayak and hit Warner River. The snow is perfect at Ragged Mountain; going for a hike on the Wilmot Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Cascade Marsh there are plenty of people from Concord, and a day at Wadleigh State Beach is time well spent. A good swamp near Cascade Marsh is Chandler Brook Wetlands; a magnificent nearby hotel is The Henniker Motel. A forest in the neighborhood of Cascade Marsh is Shadow Hill State Forest, and there are some great whitewater spots on Smith River. Having a good time at Cascade Marsh is uncomplicated. There are splendid places to discover along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail; Camp Kenwood & Evergreen is a good local campground. All the outdoors amusing stuff near Cascade Marsh will keep you coming back repeatedly. Why not camp at Lake Massasecum Park and Campground while you're here at Cascade Marsh; Cascade Brook Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out.
