There's a nice forest near Carr Pond called Ames State Forest; a day on the slopes of Crotched Mountain is just what you need. While you're here at Carr Pond, you could also check out picturesque Rolf Pond;       a round of golf at nearby Duston Country Club Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area in the vicinity of Carr Pond has to offer. At Carr Pond you can distinguish Clement Hill. This lake is so wonderful.
