    Burns Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Here at Burns Pond you'll probably meet some folks from Berlin, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Northern Star Inn. This location is great, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do near Burns Pond. If you're here at Burns Pond and you like golf, you can go to Maplewood Country Club & Hotel; glide down the rapids of Ammonoosuc River in a kayak. Hiking is a popular thing to do  
   around Burns Pond; Nubble Mountain Trail is a good local trail, and Tarry-Ho Campground and Cottages is a pleasant local campground.
Burns Pond gets a common amount of rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. Any time is a delightful time at Burns Pond if you love the outdoors. And if that's not enough there's a heap more fun stuff to do in the White Mountains. Why not have a look at Burn Lake

Burns Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Howland Hill is a peak you can see from Burns Pond; Cannon Mountain has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Garfield Trail; if you need a site to stay Mountain View Grand Resort is a delightful choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Burns Pond? Ammonoosuc River Reservoir is nearby, and Burns Pond is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Apple Hill Campground is a glorious place to camp nearby. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Burns Pond get into the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are frequently in the 20's while Burns Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. There's delightful hiking along the Gale River Trail, and why not take a little visit to Bog Brook since you're here.
