     Blow-me-down Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Ascutney, and camping at Running Bear Camping Area is always a perfect experience. A good close by hotel is Holiday Inn Club Vacations AT ASCUTNEY MOUNTAIN RESORT, and there are other spots here than Blow-me-down Pond, for example Lake Runnemede. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Claremont is a good location to spend a night  
   or two; the slopes of Suicide Six are so inviting noone can resist.
Blow-me-down Pond truly is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. If the weather is pleasant here at Blow-me-down Pond, you can go for a hike along the Hang Glider Trail, also Blow-Me-Down Pond Dam is worth visiting while you're here. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Futures Trail, and not far from Blow-me-down Pond you'll stumble on Blow-Me-Down Pond which is a beautiful
 
               lake. Blow-me-down Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Mount Ascutney State Park Campground is a fine local campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Lebanon here.
For the duration of the summer at Blow-me-down Pond temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Blow-me-down Pond. There's whitewater on Connecticut River for all you adrenaline junkies; let's not forget Blow-me-down Brook which is a stream that you may come across during your stay. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area near Blow-me-down Pond has to offer. Windsor Municipal Forest is a great local forest; you can run the rapids of Bloods Brook.
While you're here at Blow-me-down Pond you can take a hike along the Slot Trail, and Dingleton Hill is clearly visible from Blow-me-down Pond. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like John P Larkin Country Club. An average amount of precipitation falls at Blow-me-down Pond; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
