If you like lakes and you're in this part of New Hampshire you can check out Blood Pond. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Blood Pond. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Ammonoosuc River, and Blood Pond is a splendid location to camp, Mountain-Lake Campground is a splendid location. At Blood Pond through the long summer days highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the

| | 20's, and night lows in the-10's for Blood Pond. Lakes? Sure, Martin Meadow Pond is close at hand, and the smiling people of Berlin like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Blood Pond is nice fun, Rogers Campground is a nice local campground; you can hit the slopes at Cannon Mountain nearby. This lake is so wonderful. to discover along the Black Brook Trail. Don't leave Blood Pond without first going for a hike along the Nubble Mountain Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Israel River offers some good whitewater. The White Mountains
scenery is always beautiful. These mountains rock, just check out all the exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. If you need a location to stay Mirror Lake Motel is a fine choice, and in the neighborhood of Blood Pond you find
a golf course called Waumbek Golf Club. An average amount of rainfall falls at Blood Pond; throughout August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. If you want a good time in the great outdoors
just come on up to the White Mountains. On a beautiful day you obtain a vista of Mount Pleasant from Blood Pond, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bretton Woods. Good hiking is available along the Turtle Brook Trail.
