If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the White Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Glover Brook, and you can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at Cannon Mountain. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Koa Kampground Broken Branch is a good campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Lost River Valley Campground is a great       local campground, and great skiing awaits you at Loon Mountain. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Beaver Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month is February. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. Going for a hike on the Asquamchumauke Ridge Trail is always a delightful adventure; the scenery at Beaver Pond Dam is beautiful. The White Mountains                  scenery is always beautiful. Near Beaver Pond you stumble on Kinsman Notch which is a perfect place to go to, and if you've had enough of Beaver Pond, Mud Pond is close by. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Lincoln, and while you're here, you could explore Beaver Brook. There is a good hiking trail near Beaver Pond called the Ridge Trail, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Baker River. Near Beaver Pond you come across the Beaver Brook Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a glorious choice. Through the warm days of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Beaver Pond. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Beaver Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. You simply must love Beaver Pond.
